This can happen when using a wrong email or an incorrect password when trying to login. 

  1. Ensure that the email address is the school email address
  2. Ensure the password is correct


If issue persists, please use the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the login form to reset your password by entering the school email address. A new password will be generated and sent. You should now be able to login using the new password.


You can change your password once you successfully login.
